The dimensions of the mirror are 4.7" x 3.15"

Why was Mine was missing the cup holder?

It is an extra piece. If you're missing it I would contact the seller or amazon and exchange it for another.

Does it charge electronics?

Is there a way for all of the pieces to fit together as one single unit? i'm a little confused because of the reviews vs the angle of the photos.

The coffee/drink coaster and the the cell phone holder are movable and don't attach to the main unit. This is amazing, though. I love this thing in my office.
