Can these work with brother DB2-b755-3

I am not familiar with the Brother DB2-b755-3. These needle thread from the side and have a round shank. If your brother is an industrial machine and threads from the side and requires a round shank, then most likely they will work!

This needles work on the Tacsew machine?

Not sure! I yse them on an industrial juki machine. Can you check your needle requirements for that machine? These needles have a round barrel and a cut out dip by the eye. They are great needles otherwise.
