Looks: 5/5 Product looks extremely beautiful with full of elegance. Looks Durable. They have used premium materials for this chair. Assemble: 5/5: very easy to assemble it will hardly take 5 minutes. Very nice job with this. Wheels: 5/5: Perfect & durable. Long hours: 5/5: Yes you can easily work for 8 to 10 hrs per day. No Pain at all. Very comfortable for long hrs. Sitting4.5/5: Chair is tilting backward by 10 to 15 degrees after locking at a 90-degree position, however it doesn't affect your sitting position at all as it's a highback chair. The sitting position is very comfortable. Overall it's a great chair. Go for it. Review after 2 months: No pain at all, Very comfortable and this is "the perfect chair", go for it. I work 10 to 12 hrs every day on this chair. Note: This chair has a solid back with no net or ventilation which creates lots of heat, So; if you don't have an AC room then this chair is not recommended and you should go for net back chairs of premium range.

We are very happy with the purchase. Actually, this is our second purchase and is based on our comfort feel using the first one for over few months. The rollers are very nice and doesn't have the hairs and threads getting rolled in or stuck to it. Overall a very sturdy and comfortable chair. But would like to put forth the cons too: Greensoul should ensure to use high quality materials only that ensure that the chair will last us a minimum of 2-3 years without having to call them or seeing any degradation or issue. This point should be their USP. Elaborating on this. - The black metal support screwed into the under side of the chair with 4 screws is not of optimum quality. It developed a crack within the 1st 3 months itself and my chair started tilting sideways. I had to get it replaced (of course at no cost). The replaced one seems to be going good as this date (14 Oct 2020). Now we are noticing the same tilt slowly happening in the 2nd chair too (the one I am writing this review for). - The rexin material is developing cracks (on my first chair)… I can understand if its only on the hand rests but it is happening even on the back of the chair where it never touches anywhere. I don't know what solution Greensoul will have for me in this regard. This is surely not because of wear and tear.

There is interesting story for me to choose this chair. My friend told me to get this chair long back, kind of 6 months back. Again this last month I asked him to give his reviews on use. I was convinced coz 1. Affordable 2. Comfortable (I ordered high back one) No problem in installing on my own. It been almost a month, and I have no problems with the chair. One thing which clearly stands out is quality of the chair. It might look older in appeal and style, but the style is personal choice. I liked this better. I use it for office/home setup, so I would recommend it above any other gaming chair with headrests which could cost around 10k plus.

Update (Apr-24) The new Top lasted another 3 years. Now the whole chair is in disarray. Tilted on one side. Whole thing lasted 5 years. Will not purchase again, ever. Looks like tilting is a common problem I. greensoul chairs. Update (20-Dec-21) The Greensoul support team have sent a replacement top. The team have been very helpful in rectifying the issues. Update (3-Dec-21) I have been in constant touch with the Greensoul support team and they have been very helpful in rectification of the issues. I'll post further updates soon. The quality of the material used by Grrensoul is absolutely low-grade. The chair will not last even a year. The fabric had severe wear and tear (with a single person usage). It's not comfortable anymore to sit in. - The wheels broke within a year and half of usage. I had to pay Greensoul to send me a replacement set. - The chair also had wobbling issue. Greensoul team identified that the butterfly mechanism in the chair has a fault and I had to pay extra to get the replacement as well - The new part sent to me itself seems faulty but the Greensoul team is arrogant enough to ack. anything I would not recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money on this chair. Rather go to a local furniture store and get a cheap chair which would still be better then this product. The greensoul team are good to you until you have made a purchase with them

Right from the first assembly, the gas piston did not sit perfectly straight and upright when installed, this causes the entire chair to lean slightly. The chair in itself is fantastic but the pump lost all functionality over the course of a year.

Purchased the item looking at other reviews about product and support. Both have not disappointed. Installation of the chair was very easy and quick. They hired Shiprocket as the shipping partner and was further assigned to Delhivery. I've usually had a good experience with Delhivery as well. Comfort is top notch. I'm able to sit for long duration without any issues. Rotation and movement is butter smooth and the entire chair has a sturdy feel. Cons: An option to lock the angle when recline is at 135° would've been great to have. Right now, we only have an option to lock the angle when chair is upright 90° Support team had contacted via whatsapp to initiate Warranty registration and follow up on the working of chair. It felt great receiving such proactive, friendly and easy going support. This is my first draft. Will share an update after certain months of usage.

Chair is good and have excellant comfort label. Its spacious even if you want sit with your folded legs. The only demerit thag I found after using for past 3months is having some sound when you tilt back or sudden sit. To avoid this you can put some cocunut oil on the fittings and the sound will go upto certain extent. Thanks Amazon for on time delivery.

Excellent chair especially for the price! Came in packed really well and safe! Easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Had neck and back pains using a normal palstic chair before this. After using this, both of them completely vanished. The posture truly plays a very important role. This high back chair gives good support to neck, upper and lower back. Underthigh support is good as well. The leather cushion is good and soft. The arms rests too are good. The wheels are super smooth. The chair comes with freely rotable central shaft and also a lever to adjust the height and to lock and unlock the rocking feature. The rocking feature is super comfortable for leisure sitting and watching movies or youtube videos etc. You can adjust the amount of rocking you want by loosing or tightening a knob which controls the spring within. Overall super happy with purchase, Kudos to Green Soul team! Bought another one as well now! Very happy with that too.
