Description
This relaxation CD features narrator Dr. Joan Borysenko, co-founder (with Dr. Herbert Benson) of the world famous Mind Body Clinic in Boston. The narration for this relaxation CD is based on relaxation techniques from her best-selling book "Minding the Body, Mending The Mind." It has five relaxation exercises including conscious breathing, progressive muscle relaxation and mindfulness. Listening to this relaxation CD on a regular basis will impart many of the same benefits as a regular practice of meditation. And these benefits include greater peace of mind, better sleep, reduced stress and decreased muscle tension. If you want a relaxation CD that helps you relax, reduce worry and eliminate distracting thoughts, choose Relaxing Through the Seasons.

Excellent tool to teach relaxation techniques
Excellent tool to teach relaxation techniques. I used the video years ago at work to teach patients. My favorite technique is meditation to help me fall asleep at night.

Very relaxing
I love listening to this before I fall asleep. When I feel stressed at work I listen to the guided exercises. I love the non-narriated versions to sleep to.
