Recommend this high quality projector mount
Very good projector mount. High quality finishing, and come with a very detail instruction, it makes me so easy to install it. The adjustable arms perfect fit to my projector, they are working sturdy and safety. There are two things I would like other people to pay attention while installing your mount. First, complete all the connecting before installing to the ceiling!!! Second, Tightening the Screws Completely!!!During my installing, I installed 2 times. First time, I just connected all the screws, but havenโt tighten completely. I thought I can adjust them after install to the ceiling. The result is itโs too hard and tired to adjust the screws up on the ceiling, even I feel them were tightened, but the projector still shaking. So, I have to take them off, tightened all the screws completely before installed to the ceiling. The second time everything went well, after tightened all the screws, the base, the extension pipe, and the bottom are all sturdy and work perfect.Above is my experience of my installation, hope my sharing can save your time and make things easier.Overall, this projector is made of high quality material, very durability, and versatility. I will recommend to my friends.

Worked great at full extension, no installation issues.
The mount parts that go to the projector itself are actually pretty ingenius and flexible. I'd be surprised if you had a small or medium sized projector with holes 12 inches apart that this didn't fit. The little swing arms that you attach to the mounting holes go *under* the big spiral disc, which wasn't obvious at first, but once I got that sorted out, it was really easy to see how this could fit anything with 3 or 4 mounting holes, no matter where they were located, as long as they weren't miles apart. The mounting pole itself is plastic, not metal, and it does have some wobble to it, so if you're mounting it somewhere where it might get jostled around, or exposed to wind, this might not be the right mount for you. It works great for me, and we used the full 48" of extension.I read some reviews before buying where people said the mount or the swivel/tilt thing doesn't work, and I think it's safe to chalk that up to people not reading the directions or understanding what to do. This was actually really flexible and capable. I'm happy.

Versatile & quality projector mount at a great price.
My home theater has a 12 ft ceiling and the top of my projector screen is at 7 ft, so I need to mount my projector at about 4 ft from the ceiling to minimize aggressive keystone corrections, which degrade image quality. This projector mount is the only one that meets my height requirement. It is made of high quality materials and is rigid enough at full extension for my BenQ HT2250 projector which weighs more than 9 lbs. I found it easy to set up and make adjustments. You might notice in the attached photo that I fastened a piece of wood (2" D x 6" W x 32" L) to the ceiling beams then attach the projector mount to the wood so that I could align the projector lense to the center line of the screen. This setup works out very well for me. The customer support is great. I contacted the seller for some missing hardware (a few screws) and they promptly sent me a complete projector mount. I highly recommend this mount especially if you have a tall ceiling.

Good buy
It's a good product. My only contention is that there is notable area, where this connects to the ceiling with the bracket, that looks to be there to run the HDMI and power cords through to help conceal them from view; However, there is no opening large enough for a single wire to pass through anywhere near to where the projector mounts. It's a sturdy item, but being able to hide the wires with what looks like a hole meant to do so would have been nice.

Great stand
I dont want to out myself, but we are seeing a trend toward open-air Photo Booths over the vintage booths. The price tag for an Open Air PB is out of control, between 5 and 10k. Mac Geyver to the rescue. I took this stand and combined it with a dslr tripod; heck its all AL. The stand could be a bit sturdier, I am having a box built to house the notebook it all. My prototype for Halloween 2019 was a great success, I hobbled this together for five hundred.

MOST FRUSTRAIGHTING PURCHASE EVER
I hate to leave bad reviews but I hate for people to get ripped off. So, if something has good points but there is one thing that ruins it it makes it worthless. The problems.1. Does not fit on all projectors. So had to to Jerry rig something that took me a couple of hours to figure out. Basically, the claws the screw into the top of the projector do not get very wide.Second, there is no possible way to screw the 360 tilt and pan adjustment so it holds. I need mine to slightly shoot down, and it cant hold it.. So that is it.So great to attach to the ceiling, great metal. I like the paint, however, the screws are silver so it still ends up looking homespun. Then you cant tilt it into position, so it is worthless unless the balance of your projector just happens to lean and tilt the exact way.The problem is, there are four screws to tighten it and they cant get tight enough. 1. the great paint, is also super smooth so it just slips. So it needs a locking washer or antislip washer, heck I don't know I am not an engineer. But the product is not developed all the way.To fix this, I tried a lot of things, a rubber washer, however, I had to bend metal to try and get it to fix and it the end I was re-fabbing the product. Id say about 6 hours to instal the projector. I got cheaper onces and installed in 30 minutes with cables. So do not but this!!!!

A product that performs as it claims
I had three projectors not listed on the description as working with this particular product, however it said that it was universal. The product lined up almost perfectly with my Sharp projector which way is about 11 and 1/2 pounds, and then I bolted it up as you can see almost immediately beside a light. It hangs from the ceiling and has been incredibly solid with no wavering no unusual sounds and no indication of being insecure in any way. As long as you bought it onto a stud it works incredibly. This one also comes with a long arm that is approximately a foot or foot and a half long but you can use it with only the base as I have which place has the projector about 8 in from the ceiling. finally, the stand also allows you to rotate it left and right and even up and down to get the proper viewing area then you can adjust your keystone setting on your projector. This is fantastic and when I put another one in my game room I will buy the same product.

Good... but not confidence-inspiring
Bought this to support an Optoma GT2100HDR projector in a golf simulator. Went together easily enough, but it wobbles side-to-side when installed. 99% of the stresses will be downward and once in place, the monitor won't move...but it is absolutely not confidence inspiring to see this bracket wobble a LOT when you are attaching the projector to it. Also , none of set screws did anything... they just spun and spun without holding anything in place. Thing it is overpriced at the quality of the parts you receive, but adequate if you aren't looking to spend $400 for a ceiling bracket.

Measure the screw mounts first!
Seems like a good sturdy product.. the only caveat is that the screws dont fit the mount. I have an Epson HC3020 and this does not fit. I will have to figure it out but not seller's fault. My only downside with this is the length of the arms.. I mean, come on, make em longer ffs...
