The main selling point for me with these Vit B1 capsules is the fact that you can empty then into water, or any other drink. The only downside, you might think, is the flavour of the powder. It is of intense Marmite but if you flavour your drink, this effect should be attenuated. Of course, I don’t do this – I throw my daily cap into my breakfast porridge and let the actual capsule melt away. I can then scoop it up as I have gotten used to the taste. Now, having had trouble swallowing tabs etc for all of my life, I don’t have any more questions to ask of my nutrition supplements … the end!
