Good sound quality but does not have base and other adjustments

Have been using the earphones from 10 days now. But, today suddenly the left side was just more quite.i had no problems till now. I thought it was wax build up, but even after cleaning out my ears, the difference in volume was still there. then i tried switching the the cable sides, still the left side sounded quiter. i even put the left head on the right ear, but it was still quiter.i know i can just go to balance level and balance the volumes. but, i am concerned since it had been working perfectly till now, and suddenly this happened, is there a replacement or anything possible on this initially was impressed with the audio quality

Product quality is Good but it is only for video editor for actual sound as it is. No Bass sound and you will not enjoy of high bass music, gamer will not like this, according to sound price is too high.
