Also I don’t own an ice cream maker , freeze the made stuff in low cooling temps does the job of serving soft creamy ice cream . No ice cream maker shouldn’t deter you from getting this book Review: Easy to follow and detailed! - Loved it. Been using it with my KitchenAid Ice Cream Churner and there's tonnes of good recipes, pretty simple to follow and really pretty pictures!

Easy to follow and detailed!

Much more than only ice cream
A beautiful book, full of delicious recipes for ice creams, sorbets, granitas, gelatos. You will find detailed info even for sauces, toppings, cones etc. Recommended!

Brilliant book! Superb, easy and delicious recipes!

Many recipes worthy trying
It is a delight to go through this. David's breezy writing brings out a chuckle or two. The only issue is half and half is a very American ingredient, so Indian cooks will have to improvise for this oft repeated one. Have bookmarked so many of these. Can't wait to try them.
