They Pikachu head picture, is it printed on the card? Is that what makes it a "celebrations classic"?

The Pikachu head picture is printed on the card and I believe that is what makes it celebrations classic. Because one of its cheeks is a 2 and the other is a 5.

do you get a blastoise?

If you purchase this item from me, yes you will get a blastoise from the celebrations set.

Mine was not damaged. It came in a penny sleeve and top loader.
