This looks like large grains of sugar and sure tastes like full strength. A characteristic, very bitter, taste. My method is two doses, and have worked up to the max dose on the label. I dump it in my mouth and immediately follow with juice or tea to wash it down. Then a meal, which tastes fine. The taste does not linger that way. NOT something to add to a food or drink! Unless you want to taste it in every swallow. This is a sulfur-containing mineral, used to lower oxidative damage and inflammation. It can be difficult to get enough of this mineral in food, it depends on the kind of soil or feed. Taking it by mouth moves it the most swiftly through the body, to promote all kinds of healing. I have been very impressed with its performance. I'm eating a Carnivore diet for autoimmune, which must take most of the credit for my continuing remission, and recovery of function. Turns out, I am reactive to plant toxins, but especially oxalate. This supplement streamlined my ability to detox from it. Symptoms vary. Mine includes rashes, digestive upsets, and flu-like malaise. (The book, "Toxic Superfoods" by Sally K Norton, has a complete guide to oxalate healing.) I call it a master supplement because it works through the whole body when taken by mouth. But also versatile as a topical treatment. I put some in thin lotion for a rash. Added to water to soak an achey foot. It can increase mental acuity and help muscles recover after a workout. It has a wide range of action. I must emphasize that adding supplements to a bad diet helps, but healing won't go as far without proper macros. The body needs lots of protein to heal and rebuild, enough animal fat to make all the hormones, and low enough level of carbs so the body does not have insulin resistance, which grinds healing to a halt.

Product seems fine and of good quality and value. But the resealable bag is very poor quality and will not reseal. I drive a tractor trailer across the US / Canadian border several times a week and need product to be in original packaging and not in a secondary container, due to Customs regulations. So, I most likely won’t purchase from Bulk Supplements again. Both the Creatine and the MSM packages will not reseal. If this is not an issue for you then I would recommend Bulk Supplements products.

So I use buffered Vit C in the form of magnesium ascorbate from NOW FOOD an 8z of powder you can find at Amazon. This mag ascorbate tastes good! My way - separate these doses through the day to best keep your body saturated. My Way ---- Three times daily one level teaspoon of Bulk Sups MSM (I buy it by the kilo) PLUS TAKEN with half a teaspoon of the above magnesium ascorbate. Up this to 4x daily if you like. Powder is great, but I had never had msm in powder form so I was not ready for the strong taste. Yikes. I switched to capsule form, but I’ve always liked bulk supplements and their price. Just don’t love the taste this time.

So I am going to do a combined review since I am using 4 products from this company. Let me start off by saying I am very active.. endurance runner, sprinter, weight training, hiking etc..
