Is this ghost plush machine washable?

The tag says to hand wash with warm water only. I have had no trouble getting small spots off of it doing only that.

Hi there, LankyBox is the name of the creator's YouTube channel. Justin and Adam are the creators.

It lots up but what is the voice box for? Does it play a song or talk? If so, how do you work it?

The Lankybot Plush Toy only has a button that you can click and it lights up, sorry for the confusion but this item does not have a voice box.
