Amazing customer service & delicious product!
I received 2 orders of this product in boxes that arrived damaged (I assume by the mail carrier). I contacted the seller via email and they immediately responded and rectified the situation to my absolute satisfaction. Instead of giving me what I had asked for, they went above and beyond to fix the problem. About the product: I've always loved the flavor of these creamers. The cups that had survived the trip to my house and were undamaged (which also happened to be the majority of cups in the boxes), tasted fresh and exactly like what I'm used to with these creamers. Highly recommend this product and the seller. Enjoy!

So happy with my purchase
I’m so thrilled with my purchase of the Hazelnut, liquid creamer singes!! They are the real deal which I can’t get in London. Packing was good to prevent them from breaking on the journey over the ocean. I’ll be ordering them again...soon!!

Poor quality
I religiously buy these but on this occasion the product was not in satisfactory condition. It came with parts of the creamer solidified. I hoped it would disperse once in the hot coffee but it made it look horrible. Not sure how this product was stored pre transit
