This dilator set is a game changer for me. I had been looking for something to assist me in accommodating my partner's size and this set was the only one I found which met my needs. They arrive as advertised, and the silicone is smooth to the touch. I like the vibration of the first one and I've found that it makes the dilation easier and pleasurable. Using them has given me the confidence and the practice I need so that I can feel more comfortable with my partner. While I've used the used the first two, I haven't attempted to the largest one as yet but the first two are easy to use. I like to start with the first one and then move to the second. I also use the vibration from the first to assist with the dilation with the second, if you know what I mean. For me relaxing in a safe, quiet place, focusing on breathing and using a good water-based lubricant were key. There is a big jump in size between the middle and last size, but I was aware of this prior to purchasing. Pricewise, it isn't cheap but given that it is a niche product the price is not unreasonable.

I bought these dilators following radical surgery for cancer a few years ago, which has slowly led to problems with intimacy. I didn’t want to waste money on a set where I did not need to use the smaller sizes. These are silicone, smooth and comfortable and seem really well made. The instructions are very clear. I have yet to see any benefits since they have only just arrived and often changes happen over the long term. The real negative is the cost. The marketing wasn’t appropriate for me either. We’re hopeful.

To be frank, my partner is large, and is also interested in, let's say activities involving the whole hand. I've been looking for a good way to work up in size, and this is an excellent step on my journey. I was a bit confused by the vibrating function in the smallest of the three. I suppose it's there to relax the muscles when starting a session, but these are firm enough that just placing a handheld vibe against the base worked fine. The added electronics are a waste of product cost. If they had a slot in the base where you could insert a bullet vibe, that would be plenty. As another reviewer noted, each dilator "steps up" by about 0.1" from top to bottom, and the sizing from one to the next doesn't quite overlap. This means that you have to stretch an extra 0.2" between dilator #2 and #3, without any help. At these sizes, that two tenths of an inch diameter is significant. I'm already fairly experienced at these sizes, so I was able to manage, but I would really have preferred either another dilator to bridge the gap from 2.0" to 2.2". Especially since the last one is only 2.2" to 2.3" itself. My recommendations for the manufacturer: - Drop the vibe and add a "bullet pocket" to each of the dilators. - Increase the slope of each dilator, so that they go up 0.2" from tip to base (1.7"-1.9", 1.9"-2.1", 2.1"-2.3") which would keep the overall span consistent with a much more comfortable set of jumps. - And lastly keep all three the same length. Maybe even drop the overall length. The largest one doesn't need to be half an inch longer than the smallest. Once you hit about 6 inches long, you don't need to keep getting longer, as that just ends up where we can't actually use the whole length of the dilator. If you want to make a set of extra-long dilators, that can be its own product. Final thoughts: Excellent density, wonderful surface finish, overall a truly quality product, with only minor functional quibbles; less that you did "wrong" and more what you could do better! This set tried to include too many features (vibration, length) without focusing enough on the main purpose (a slow, controlled dilation from 1.7" to 2.3"). The jumps between steps are too large, and the size difference from tip-to-base are too small. All in all worth the money, but it could be so much better!

After searching the web for what seems hours and hours looking for a dilator set that goes to larger sizes then the ones I got from the hospital. Low and behold I found these. My boyfriend has more girth than any dilators I had. They seem very sturdy and the box they come in is nice. The smallest one seems to be just what I needed. I was able to fit the smallest one however there are a few complaints I have which is why this is not getting 5 stars. First off the silicone material is a little grabby even though I used a ton of slippery stuff lubricant. I found myself having it stuck inside and having to twist it to get it to stop grabbing my insides. I think a dilator should have a slicker exterior and a harder non grippy material like my hospital ones which are solid hard plastic as they are able to glide in and out easier. Which is useful when your literally trying to squeeze something inside of you larger than your used to it gets super tight so to have a grippy material makes it that much harder to insert. Also the Vibration function is so weak like why did they even bother. I ended up just holding my magic wand at the base does a better job. This brings me to my last complaint. The dilator is too short. I don't know about everyone else but I can get it all the way to the base and it does bottom out but just barely leaving me nothing to really hold onto. And I don't know if I'm alone or not but it feels better for me to do a stirring motion which is very hard to do with just the base part to try to grip onto. Even though I have those few complaints I am still very happy with them as I could find nothing else on the market like this at these sizes. At the end of the day they do the job.
