Yes I was hesitant to by this based on the bad reviews, but I took a chance because it was the perfect size I needed to fit under my living rooms shelf. The delivery was great the packaging was great, no dings, no cracks, no scratches. Both items shipped and arrived at the same time. Upon putting it together, I read that it was hard and the instruction weren't good but I found that they were clear and straight forward no problems, took my time and watched TV while I put it together. The fireplace was super easy to install and I must say, this thing is even better than I could have imagined. Can't wait to put it through it's paces. Yes, I recommend.

I love this fireplace! It is very sturdy and easy to put together. The lights were very dim and the colors did not match what is on the remote. I called customer service and was shipped a new upgraded light strip that is controlled by cell phone as well as a price adjustment since the price was lower than what I originally paid.

I was looking at fireplaces that were over $1,000 but am so glad I gave this one a chance. It took a bit of time to put together but it was easy to assemble and the finished product is stunning. I absolutely love it. It looks amazing and my pets love it too!

It looks great and was fairly easy to set up alone, although two people are recommended. Biggest complaint is it doesn’t blow the heat very far. Otherwise I get compliments whenever someone sees it.

I must say we were completely surprised by the excellent quality of this fireplace. The size of the fireplace itself not the cabinet is very large, which is what we were looking for. there’s multicolored flames, which is awesome ….. My wife and I look for fireplaces for over a year. We were going to spend between $2000 to $2500. I must say the customer service with this company is probably the best I’ve experienced on Amazon. We made a great choice and are not disappointed at all….

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful, great for price! Came faster than stated which was great! No damage. Took sometime to put together not gonna lie. I have it under my 85 in tv for size reference! N it’s perfect!! Got the 70in size stand the only thing is the light strip doesn’t have the same colors as the fire place and are limited in color range no purple or pink but the fire place lights are beautiful!

Very very easy to put together. Looks great too. Only reasons for 3 stars is the minor damage on the face of one of the wooden slats, and also the led strip is wonky. Everything is is greatMoving to one star, very disappointed in the seller. We have been communicating for several weeks and they have stated that they have sent a replacement and showed tracking numbers but I have checked several times and no package has been delivered.. The seller will just keep replying to your messages with the tracking number with false information. Not much else I can do other than rip the LEDs off and get a strip that actual works.

This fireplace adds ambience to any room. Very vibrant colors. I would definitely recommend it.
