Gum tastes great! Actually has a surprisingly large supply for what you get, and I love knowing the ingredients are natural and legit! Chewing it helps after having an upset stomach, so def recommend!!

The taste is fine. Earthy, mild. But there’s inconsistency in the texture as some pieces disintegrate and/or get stuck to your teeth and there’s no way to know which piece will do what. Lastly, there’s just not much here for over $30. Won’t be buying again

I've tried 4 other brands of mastic before coming to Greco Gum. They have, by far, the best overall quality of any others. Great taste that never fades, only becomes brittle after frequent inactivity (this is normal), I've chewed the same pinch for 8 hours at a time. For the uninitiated, you take in pinch by pinch until you are satisfied with the size and then chew away; some pieces may be soft, but most are hard so mix them in. It's okay to swallow the juice or some pieces (aids in digestion, great after meals), and it's an excellent snacking deterrent especially at work. Your jaw will hurt, it will pop and crack, etc until your jaw gets more used to it. This is intentional and desired. My jaw muscles are much stronger now. I can breathe through my nose all the time, my throat doesn't hurt after waking up (reduces or eliminates snoring), and I don't get tension headaches or migraines anymore. Cannot recommend it enough.

Honestly, Greco gum has been life changing. I've suffered from frequent migraines for the past 5 years and nearly nothing has helped reduce frequency, duration, nor pain. Chewing Greco gum regularly has. It has undertones of a pine like flavor, as one can image, since it's pure sap. The gum itself is fairly hard to chew, but you can finely tune your preference by selecting softer or harder pieces. I would have loved to give it 5 stars, but the price seems rather high. It's a high quality product, but at over $40 per small can, I can see how it could scare someone away. While I didn't care about my jawline becoming more defined, it certainly did. My can lasted 1 month with daily chewing.

It taste a little funky at first but I definitely feel the workout in my jaw. Love this stuff.

I purchased for the health aspect, packaged well. Taste not offensive, more of a very slight pine taste. Most nuggets were hard at first tootsie roll crunch but softened enough to chew. SOME NUGGETS (soft ones) are more of a sticky, industrial type caulk material that will stick to teeth and any other devices you use to try to remove from mouth. Example floss, tooth pick, finger you will not be happy. For that reason I will not purchase again. Health benefits I did notice stomach issues lessen as well as the white film on my tongue disappear. If its soft at first good luck removing it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Authentic Taste and Superior Quality! At first, I thought Greco Gum was a bit pricey, but once I tried it, I realized nothing else compares. My family and I love it — it really helps cleanse the mouth and freshen breath, and it even aids digestion after meals. Out of curiosity, I ordered another brand that was cheaper, but the difference was huge. The other gum had to be refrigerated and stuck to my teeth. Greco Gum, on the other hand, has a perfect texture and a clean, natural flavor. You can really taste the quality of the Chios mastiha resin. Totally worth the price — highly recommend!

What am I eating!??? This is so disgusting! They pieces were nasty and got stuck in my teeth. It tasted awful. I want a refund!! No stickiness like gum. It’s like candy sticking to your teeth with a terrible taste.

A bit cruchy (at the beginning) , small & hard. I recommend chewing it with excel gum. I do think it is good quality, will buy again and will update results!

Good for jaw line, but tastes a bit odd. Also decomposes when i drink water

Really great gum. I’ve found that this brand doesn’t stick to my teeth as much as other mastics gums I’ve tried. The tin it comes in is nice as well, convenient for travelling.

New favorite gum and its healthy for you! Gentle long lasting flavor. Great for building up your jaw line. If you have poor teeth, may not be the best for you as it is quite hard. But it's also not going to be full of the microplastics that other gums are filled with.

Love the texture,feel asome to the mouth and gums will be buying again
