As someone who always suffers during allergy season (April/May) it is amazing to see that this homeopathic (natural) medicine works! After about a week of use (taking 4-5 tablets a day, every 1-2 hours), then 3-4 tablets in week 2, and 2-3 or so in the following weeks. I noticed results after the first week — spring allergies almost went away! This is compared to suffering from constant sneezing & a running nose for a month in previous years. By relieving symptoms, this should help increase your performance at school or on the job. I noticed as the month went by, I would take fewer amounts. Now after the first month, I take 1 or 2 tablets whenever I feel onset of symptoms but it also helps that allergy season is ending now anyways. Awesome product with no side effects (just follow the directions on the back)!

South Louisana is very hard on people with allergies. The BHI allergy relief is just one more product available in our arsenal. My mom has said it helps her tremendously. I order regularly. She is from North Louisana and moved south, so the environment here is much harder on her sensitive sinuses.

I am taking the Sinus and Mucus part of this trio. I had a mild Sinus infection that turned into rough Sinus Infection and worse chest congestion. I don't normally get sick and I usually have a much different experience with homeopathic medicine. Having said that, I don't know for certain what the change has been with this BHI S&M dosing. I know that as an adult, I don't typically read past the instructions for adults, so I totally missed the part written under the Children's section where it says "Allow tablets to dissolve completely in the mouth, do not swallow." I feel like that should be the first part of the directions. I didn't see that until much later, but it does explain the dextrose in the inactive ingredients. I included the picture of the directions so you can see what I mean. Even after I read that, I honestly couldn't tell if that was for the Children or for everyone. So, initially when I was following the directions of every 30 minutes until symptoms improve, I was swallowing the tablets. Which, from what I read elsewhere, doesn't make them completely useless. It means everything just takes longer to achieve. Anyway, on first set of doses (pills every 30 minutes for about 2.5 hours), things started clearing up, so I was happy. I'm now in the home stretch and I'm not sure if they are still working. I feel the same *on* them as I do when I wake up. Everything just feels mild and manageable, which is also why I'm not complaining. I feel like these had a strong run out of the gate and now we are just trotting along. Maybe I should go back to swallowing them whole.
