Very happy with this AC. Keeps my room cool so I can sleep at night. Its quieter than my window unit was. Easy setup and easy to use. Cut even has a remote!

Bought this for son's college dorm room. Works perfectly for this application. Love that it is exhausted out the window and easy for him to drain. He loves that it has a remote and he doesn't have to get out of bed to control. Made that stuffy, old dorm room as cool as can be! Over the summer, we have used it here at home in an upstairs bedroom that never seems to get cool. It's been great. We may purchase a 2nd one for that room if the son takes it back to school.

My wife and I bought this unit to primarily cool down our living room which is approximately 600 sq feet. It typically takes about 30 minutes to really cool down our room starting around 90 degrees F. I would definitely recommend this product due to the ease of use, mobility, efficiency, and moderate noise level.

Cools bedroom with cathedral ceiling well. Exhaust hose is cumbersome. Had to cut the expandable window Seal with a saw to fit window. Other reviews said it was loud..I'm not experiencing this , it has a quiet hum that is pleasant. The exhaust hose must not bend or curve per the instructions but mine is curved /bent to fit my window. It is attached to the lower 3rd of the machine so it has to bend to reach the window!! Remote control is great. Nice options for sleep timer and wake and 3 fan speeds.

Arrived boxed and brand new. Streamlined appearance. Lightweight. Washable filters. Set up was simple and quick, and it seemed to produce genuinely COLD air for a few days, but that lasted less than a week. Since then it has only produced a weak stream of *coolish* air that disappears and can't be felt much, if at all, beyond a distance of 4 feet from the unit. So, even after nightfall, after an average to cooler-than-average day, retiring just three feet from the unit, hoping for maybe just a difference of five degrees,.. if not comfort, a bit less discomfort,.. Despite temperature set to its LOWEST and fan kept set to HIGH, the air just hangs, sluggish and clammy; a constant glaze of sweat smothers and stings my skin again all night long, burning my eyes off and on as I toss and turn. . . It's been a *miserable* failure. Returning AC unit as defective. To be replaced with a more powerful model, rated consistent and reliable; no longer interested in anything made by Della. Value for money: Negative value. Grossly overpriced 'white noise' machine Sleep Mode: No. . . No cooling, no sleep. Remote Control: AC unit answers remote w soft 'beeps' ... Better response would be cooling the air.

Works like a charm ! I live in a studio in West Hollywood and although there’s a nice breeze sometimes it can get really hot. I tried an evaporative cooler and it wasn’t worth the $200 but this portable AC is PERFECT ! it starts cooling the room immediately. Love it

Love this A/C! Runs very cool. Easy to install. Highly recommend. Also very quiet. Love that it has a remote control.

I like the AC but draining the water is a big problem. The dehumidifier would be great otherwise (if you have time to check and drain every couple of hours). There are two holes where you can supposedly drain the water. The top one doesn't work at all. The bottom one requires the tube be on the floor... and the collecting pan can't be but an inch tall. I misunderstood - thinking the water drain was connected to the air vent. Its just not a convenient product.
