Wonderful
What a great roof cage for this price point. Assembly was pretty easy and the instructions were great. I put on a bronco sport and love the look. Not a super tall cage but perfect additional storage. Did not notice any noise from this rack and didn’t seem to affect gas mileage. Overall extremely happy with this cage.

Not just good, but great.
I got this for my 2018 Subaru Outback. When it arrived I was afraid that it would be too big, but it fit just fine without any issues. I originally wanted it to carry a full size tire. I've tried it and it works fine! I'm about to move so I will be putting luggage and boxes up there for now. I didn't rate it really high because I haven't put it to the test. All the hardware came and it was really easy to assemble and install. It took me 20 to 30 minutes. It's been more than a month and the rack has held up great. I recently moved and put two coffee tables on the rack and everything went well. I then tried three bar stools to it and had no issues. I've been through several car washes also. No evidence of rusting or issues going through the wash itself. I threw a full size tire on it and again no issues. Overall pretty happy with the rack's performance.

Good Enough, Budget Priced Roof Rack
The not so great up front. If the cross bars on your vehicle are not adjustable you may have some issues. The cross bars on my 2019 Toyota Highlander are fixed and measure about 25" apart. Where the brackets are in the pictures are the only sections that line up properly. Each of the big gaps are about 5.5" and don't accept the brackets. For me this means the last section of the rack will be unsupported. I plan to put all my heavier stuff up front, we'll see how that goes. I was looking for a roof rack that was a little bigger than the typical 30x40" racks. It went together very easy and the three sections feel very secure together. The bracket is hard plastic so I plan on putting some foam between that and my cross bars before cranking them down. It will only be used occasionally, taken off and stored between trip. Not sure how it will hold up being out in the elements long term. As a budget-priced rack (compared to Rhino and Thule at least). It should be a good option. After I've taken it out a few times I'll update my review.

Looks great. Seems sturdy. Easy to install.
This is exactly what I was (you are) looking for. Seems to be a solid cargo basket, except for the space between the metal extension and the front and back sections. I wouldn’t put any weight directly in the gap. The directions are very simple to follow, but I did use my own Allen tool since this came with a cheap Allen that stripped on the first bolt. Mind the 150 pound weight capacity of this cheaper version. If your car has factory installed roof mounts be aware that it probably isn’t far enough apart to give you the most perfect support. But it fit onto my RAV4 adventure almost perfectly. It looks great and Instead of buying one with a logo on it, I’ll be buying a sticker to put on the front that fits my style. I’ve attached some pictures for you to feel a little more comfortable about it. The most negative feedback I could give, is that it makes a ton of wind noise if you plan on keeping it on your daily driver. NOTE: For the wind deflector, make sure that you put the clips on the right side, and in the right direction. There are three for the bottom which are a larger diameter, and three for the top which are a smaller diameter. The directions don’t specify this and if you start screwing in you’ll have to take it all apart to fix it. To that point, make sure that the side of the clips with the holes are on the backside to hold the nut in place while you tighten the wind deflector down. See photos.

Fits the Subaru Outback 30" crossbar spacing
I haven't used the rack yet, so this is only an assembly and fit review. Overall, this is a great rack and good value for money. It assembles about as easily as I would expect. A couple screw threads were not well aligned, so it took some finagling to align the pieces. It fits the Subaru Outback 2018 fixed spacing front-to-back crossbars at 30". If you're rails can't be spaced at one of the distances below, then it won't work for your vehicle. The front-to-back crossbar mount, center-to-center spacing options for the full, extended rack assembly are: 29.75", 33.25", 36.75", 40.5", 44" (tolerance of about +/- 0.5". For example, 29.25" to 30.25") The attachment to and removal from the vehicle is great. I was able to take it on and off in less than 5 minutes on my own. I'm a male, 5'6" and not that strong The threads for the attachment to the vehicle are a tad long even though the thumb screws help protect them from full exposure. I may cut them to be a bit shorter or put a rubber cap over the top of the threads when in use. Otherwise, it's like to rip the fabric of luggage. I expect there will be rust points on the rack since most racks of this style will have them. I intend to only keep it on when I need it and be sure it dries if it gets wet. I may spray it down with an additional rust prevention coating in the areas where rust typically occurs (welds, openings, assembly areas, screws, and nicked areas from use). Get out there and have a great adventure!

Great product at a great price
For an inexpensive roof rack, this one is lasted very well. We use it on two different vehicles over the course of about three years. It’s still holding up and working well.

Very decent for the price!
After reading some reviews the only negative comments were, rusty water dripping onto the car after having the roof rack for some time. Otherwise everything I read was good. So while putting the rack together I used a water Sealant to for all connecting pieces and screws where water could enter the tubing. Hopefully it’s completely sealed the tubing not allowing water to access the inside, causing rust water to drip on the car. Otherwise, easy build even easier install. Super sturdy, was able to shake the entire car by the rack.

My mistake
Bought it from the warehouse, said it was used but packaging was damaged, all true, didn’t say parts would be missing, or that it would be partly assembled and then snapped apart. I won’t go cheap again. Pro: It is big Pretty substantial metal Not that hard to assemble with metric Allen wrenches Does take some alignment Neutral Arrived without any packing so was pretty scratched/rubbed up but Like others recommend spray with truck bed liner I used two of the bottom front brackets to mount off-road lights Con: The internal bars are light weight, I will get some screen door expanded metal To go across and tie it all together and distribute the loads I can not speak to the mounting that hardware never came, I will go get u-bolts If you do get truck bed liner to spray, do it before you put it together then hit the bolt heads when completed. Invest in some reflective black vinyl to trick it out if your so inclined and yes expect wind noise and perhaps some mpg loss depending on what size stuff you put up there
