This carrier is so nice. I was bringing my young cat in a car ride from Rhode Island to Arizona. This cat HATED car rides. I tried to acclimate her to being in the carrier by putting her food bowl in it for a few weeks before the trip. When it came time to actually travel, it was a little struggle to get her in, but she quickly calmed down. We were able to unzip one of the panels and let her look out the window and she napped pretty much the whole time. We were sleeping in hotels along the way, and by the end of the week, we could just say "it's time to go!" And she would go get in the carrier! It was amazing. The closable litter box was fantastic to have, but she did kick litter all over the place because the walls are short. The carrier itself is so big, you could easily and comfortably fit two cats and the divider would allow you to separate them if you needed to. The collapsible bowls were super handy for water breaks and easily stored in the pockets. I thought the hammocks were very cute and comfy looking, but my cat had no interest in them. But your cat might love them, I don't know lol. It was also very easy to assemble. The PVC frame makes it very sturdy while it's still soft-sided. It holds it's shape perfectly while being carried.

We recently moved and had to travel 7 hours with 3 cats. We had unpacked and set up this carrier a few weeks before moving so they got used to it by lying in it and being around it. When it came time to move it was easy to load into the back seat of my Honda Civic and the cats hunkered in nicely. With 2 adult cats (1 of whom is 18lbs and quite large) they had ample room. The other cat was nervous and had her own carrier but I'm confident she could have for comfortably with the other 2. I couldn't fit in a litter box or anything into the carrier but the larger size may fit one more nicely with 2 cats. The quality was definitely nice with comfortable yet stable bottom inserts that the cats lie one, and the zippers are quite strong and secure also. I would certainly recommend this carrier!

This was exactly what I was looking for and then some! I’m military and we have an 8 hour car ride to our new duty station. I have 2 cats who HATE the car and need to be together 24/7. I wanted for them to have something to Travel safely in that didn’t keep them cramped like a traditional cat carrier. Details below: Pros: - setup: the box is easy to setup (took be about 5mins for 2) and the poles inside keep the structure solid - safety: there’s straps to allow a seatbelt buckle to slide through so no worries about the carrier tumbling or sliding around while driving. There’s also clips on the zippers so if you have cats that like to escape there’s no worries there. - comfort: I got 2 of them so I could zip them together and allow my cats more room and to be together for comfort. The bottom isn’t soft or anything at all (probably to help in case there are accidents) so I put blankets in the bottom and they’re comfy like that. I recommend leaving the carrier out a few days in your living room so your pet can get familiar with it and it’ll smell like home when you put it in the car to help ease them. My cats also REALLY like the hanging basket creature so if you have a cat tree with that already, it’s a bonus and easily holds their weight. - easy to clean: one of my cats frew up on the bottom while it was in the house. The bottom easily comes out by itself and after scrubbing and wiping it down in the sink, it was super easy to clean and dried fast due to the material. Cons: - I left the carriers in my living room for them to get familiar with it for a few days. My cats liked jumping on top of the box and it held up nicely thanks to the poles, but the top did start to sag a little so I wouldn’t place anything on top while traveling. - the strap to hand carry it around works but the box is so bud it’s super awkward, especially with a pet inside. So this is just for the car, not for carrying them around in. I’d still have a regular carrier handy if you have to take them out like during a vet visit. - I wish it had more pockets!: this is nit picky but I do with it had a couple more pockets to hold treats and any other pet needs. They have 1 pouch big enough to hold the strap and expandable water bowl but that’s about it. Overall: I love it. It’s perfect for what I needed and my cats can travel comfortably. I’ll likely buy from the same brand for the backpack carriers just cause I’m so impressed!
