Carlink kit works great , but customer service bad experiencie, so sad
The product itself works great, Netflix, Spotify, or any tv stream. I have contacted Carlikkint customer service just for one question about how to split-screen, and they said I had to update the firmware and shared a file through WhatsApp. Right after I updated it, the carlink stopped working, does not turn on. They sent another file to fix it, but it still does not work. I asked them for help but i have not received a response yet. by now customer experience is not satisfactory.

Super cool product. Would recommend this to anyone with a large screen. Use of use for set up. Lots of YouTube demos so no issues setting it up. Can use your phone as hotspot if your car doesn’t have a built in hot spot. Love mine !!! No need to buy the more expensive model. This one works fine. I have never used the more expensive model so I can’t compare exactly.
