What a great product! So easy to use
What a great product! So easy to use, no mess and fabulous results. We really didn’t care for the “red” brick fireplace. Researched various painting methods and decided on Milk Paint. Love the results! Fast delivery and fair price. Highly recommend!

What a mess!
I read the instructions carefully since it came as a powder and had to be mixed. I mixed until the cows came home and it remained so lumpy I couldn't use it. What a MESS!

Used this to paint over a wall I redid and loved how it looked. It dried quick and you could layer it if you wanted for a whiter less rustic look

Lumpy and bumpy
I’m an artist , i know how to work with paint. This one is very tricky . You have to mix it very well!!! And you have to use it right away. Don’t wait for a second cover over night ! It’s getting very lumpy and a kind like a granular sediment is settling on the bottom which is almost impossible to stir away. You have to sand between layers . It’s very rough . Absolut matt finish . With two layers you can still see a bit through it. It’s absolut not compatible with wood filler !! Watch out . The filled spot will turn purple . When paint over it the purple color will spread all over! When sanding it smells like someone is frying a piece of chicken.

Unable to use
I’m giving this product three stars based on the customer service, my order did not arrive initially and the company was generous in sending me a replacement. However, when it came to preparing the paint, despite following the instructions, the consistency would not take. It was a little disheartening since the paint is not cheap, I really wanted it to work since I was interested in a non toxic option but it did not work out and I was not able to use it. Thankfully after reaching out to the company once again they did give me a partial refund which I appreciate- it’s better than nothing.
