This is my go to uv resin. Low to no bubbles and it's always crystal clear! It's easy to use and functions at high quality uv resin should. It cures fast with no stickiness. The contents of the kit are resin and a pair of gloves. . The small size bottles are perfect for use and refillable.

I’ve used other UV resin before, but I stay with Jdiction because it’s so clear and is easy to work with. The transparency really makes my projects shine, and I appreciate how smoothly it cures without bubbles. Whether I’m creating jewelry or art pieces, Jdiction’s resin consistently delivers excellent results.

My go to UV resin for making syrup, dressing, gelatin top for cheesecakes or mimicking juicy meat for my food sculptures. It makes these parts more realistic. Good quality and dries fast. Watch out for overflow--meaning, don't apply too much at once because it can either run to the edges or turn too thick. I find silicone tools to be the safest to use to control where the resin lands, because you can clean these tools fast after you dry them under the UV light for 3 seconds. Overall, I love this brand because it mixes well with resin colorants, colored sand and glitters. It dries fast, with a good sheen and comes out leveled.

This was my first time ever using resin of any kind. (ok I'm pretty good with UV cured gel polish, similar, but not the same) I went with UV cured as I was being ambitious and wanted to do a Stanley styled cup covered in stickers I made, then sealed with resin. (yes that was my first project ever, you can laugh I did, it came out decently) All that to say, I have nothing to compare it to, so this is all just my impressions. 1. This resin was really easy to apply, it flowed out the bottle at a decent manageable rate. Not too thick or thin, this was determined by temperature. the hotter day it was a bit more flowy and a tad less thick, too cold and it was almost not workable. 2. Decent amount in each bottle for my purposes. I used less then one bottle to cover a Stanley sized cup. I used one bottle to practice with, covering a cup I was gonna throw away to figure out technique and best way to spin the cup for even coverage. I did a few flat tests, on some cardstock over some of my stickers to test how much I needed to use to cover, how many layers. This was a good step, I suggest it if you're new. I still have 2.5 bottles left. 3. I could easily sand out any imperfections. I would do basic grading, starting with a coarser grit, followed by finer grits to help lessen sanding lines. Another coat of resin over top and you couldn't even tell I had sanded it. 4. It's messy, I knew it would be, but I was unprepared for how messy it would get, I underestimated dripping potential. I had a very large area of protection underneath/around what I was working on. 5. The smell isn't awful, it's not overpowering. I still recommend good ventilation for basic safety, I was working in an area with a lot of windows all of which were open. 6. Curing time was pretty quick/average. I unfortunately didn't time it, just shined a powerful UV light over it, while spinning the cup (slow enough to get the light on it a good while, but fast enough to keep the resin from pooling and dripping, this is more difficult then it sounds when doing it manually). I'd keep an eye on a clock, and cured it for 5 minutes, very carefully tested to see how well it cured, and then did it for a bit longer, until I was sure it was cured. 7. I really like the hardness level, it gave a nice clack sound if you tapped it with a finger nail. It gave it a nice sturdy feeling without it feeling too delicate. It had decent shine also, not mirror like, but it reflected light, and had a crisp clearness to it. 8. it didn't have a lot of bubbles arise as long as I was careful with application, the bubbles that did arise where a bit hard to get rid of. I had a decent torch lighter to do this, but it being my first time, I don't know best technique for it. So it was was actually hard to remove all of them and sometimes they way I people say to do it made them worse/added more. I don't know if this is a product issue or a technique issue. I just focused more on not letting bubbles during application. 9. The bottles are easy to use, the tips were included (one for each bottle). These tips made application nice, I could get pretty precise, but not exact application in smaller/harder to get areas. 10. WEAR gloves, and keep extra on hand, because I was smoothing with my finger It would get a messy and I'd have to put new gloves on often. 11. the resin hasn't yellowed, it has stayed clear. (it's been over a year since I did the cup, and the little testers which sit in a plant in the sun) I rather enjoyed working with this resin, and It was a good choice for my first ever time using resin like this. It was all pretty straightforward (except getting bubbles out, but this resin didn't have any or many on application). I had made a cup turner with random things I had at home, this included a vice that clamps on, a wooden dowel, a pvc pipe that went over the dowel, and some foam rubber-banded onto the pvc pipe to make a snug fit into the cup. IT was difficult manually turning this while applying resin (both hands occupied) and then also smooth it. I did accomplish it and the cup turned out pretty good, I forgot to get a picture of it, and the person I made it for as a gift refuses to send me one (I think they got rid of it, but not sure the person doesn't talk to me anymore). I had fun learning how to use this resin and Still have a couple bottles, just not sure what I want to do with them yet, maybe try my hand with using this with mica powder. Who knows. Even though nothing to compare to, I find this resin above average, I can't call it the best But as someone who had never used any before it's great for someone starting out. The amount you get for the price is worth it.
