Broken stones made whole
I have purchased this item four times. I love the smooth finish and the weight of the stones in my hands. They hold heat very well and they glide with my clients' epidermis. This last time when I opened the order there were two stones that were chipped or cracked. I got in touch with customer service and they sent me four replacement stones. They arrived within just a couple of days. Thank you for going over and above, providing an outstanding product and outstanding customer service.

Beautiful, Heavy, and Holds Heat
I am so impressed with these stones. The price is so worth it. They hold heat for a long time and they look like jade. So beautiful. And the weight is perfect. This is the real deal yall

Beautiful & a bit broken
These are beautiful. I love the feel and was so excited to integrate them into my massage practice, but one of my stones showed up broken. :( hoping the seller is open to replacing it so I don't have to return the whole thing!

Looks like they're good quality.
Haven't had the chance to use them yet, but they do seem to be of good quality. Very smooth and because they are formed from real stone the heat retention will be much better than plastic/synthetic would have been.

Be prepared for broken stones
Love these stones, but every set I bought came with at least one stone broken. They hold heat well and are nicely polished. Love that they are consistent sizes. And the jade is beautiful.

The stones arrived with no damage during the shipment. Quality of the stones is very good, the workmanship is also great. All of the stones were smooth with no nicks or rough edges. If your looking to make this purchase I would recommend this seller, for the quality. A nice touch to your massage for your clients
