A highly accessible introduction to a therapeutic approach that brings our inner "parts" into harmony and allows our core Self to lead Review: Great introductory book to IFS - Havent finished the book yet, but you learn alot; at the same time it's also not overwhelming you with information which i appreciate. There are exercises in the book you can practice after each chapter, with follow up descriptions and different ways you can approach them if things dont seem to follow what the exercise suggests. Overall i think it's a great starting point to IFS, made by the person who created/discovered it. Review: Super! - Super

Absolutely love. If you need help understanding why you do what you do, this is the book for you. That's a promise. This book changed my view, my thinking, and my life. Everyone that I refer this book too has changed too. It's a beautiful thing to experience. Just sayin. Don't believe me? Read it yourself. You'll thank me later
