Although this product was designed to repel mosquitoes , it should help repel other flying insects as well.

Does it bring the incense holder?

These incense sticks do not come with an incense holder as part of the package. You will need to purchase a holder separately OR improvise which is what I do.

I would look for something that specifically mentions flies. Good luck.

will these repel moths?

I'm not sure about moths, but I do not see any when they are burning. I do know depending on your area you are trying to repel, you will need to burn several by setting up a perimeter to protect.
