Spylt is my favorite afternoon pick-me-up
Easy to drink, great taste, really solid numbers with 90 calories, 20g protein, no added sugars. It’s thinner than most protein shakes, doesn’t have that protein powder aftertaste. A little pricey but totally worth it IMO. I drink a couple days a week as my post-lunch boost as a non-coffee drinker. Cookies and cream is my fave flavor.

Delicious!! 90 calories and 20g of protein and it tastes like a vanilla milk shake! No protein after taste, no chalky taste! Worth every penny! Vanilla, regular chocolate and cookies and cream are the best flavors! (Strawberry imo- tastes very artificial, and the extreme chocolate leaves an aftertaste, PB is just ok)

Delicious, Versatile, Great Company
Absolutely Love These! I don’t drink much caffeine daily because of how it makes me feel, these are a great morning alternative and with the extra dose I protein I stay on track with my fitness goals. I put the Vanilla flavor over ice in the mornings for the most delicious way to start my day. My husband pours them in his cold brew as alternative to creamer. Plus their customer service is excellent!
