Our package is designed to fit most headboards or footboards. Whether your headboard is thick or thin. Our complete kit includes 2 different length bolts so you get it right the first time.
Included is Four ¼” x 2½” bolts for thinner headboards. Also included is four ¼” by 4″ bolts to accommodate thicker headboards. You will need to choose one our the other when you receive your package.
Decide which set from the package will work best for your application the longer or shorter bolts and then connect your headboard to the slotted bolt up style side rails.
If you need to connect both headboard AND footboard, you will need to purchase a quantity of 2 universal set pack.

Slip the washer over the shank of the bolt and then thread on and tighten the nut. Our complete kit includes 2 different length bolts so you get it right the first time. The extras can be used for something else, stored for extra parts or disposed of. The rounded carriage head bolt is does not protrude in back of the headboard eliminating the possibility that the bolt head could cause damage to your plaster, dry wall, or painted wall where a smooth finish is necessary. The square shoulder underneath the rounded head is unique when compared to other bolt heads because this design has the ability to resist turning when the nut is removed or tightened. They are good for wood-to-metal ing plate connections when the head may not be accessible for tightening.
