I picked up this smart jump rope because I wanted something simple for quick workouts that didn’t require dragging a bunch of gym equipment out. Turns out jumping rope is still exactly as tiring as it was in elementary school… the difference now is the rope keeps score and reminds you how out of shape you might be. The rope itself feels well made. The handles have a comfortable grip and the rope moves smoothly without tangling. It’s also adjustable, so you can size it properly instead of fighting with a rope that’s either hitting the floor too early or trying to trip you. One feature I like is that it includes a counter and smart tracking. The rope can track jumps, workout time, and estimated calories, which syncs with the companion app if you want to monitor your workouts. It’s actually pretty motivating to see the numbers go up while you’re working out. Another nice touch is the wireless mode with weighted balls on the handles. That means you can still simulate jumping rope even if you’re indoors or don’t have a lot of space. It’s surprisingly useful if you’re trying to avoid hitting the ceiling fan… which I may or may not have done once. Overall, this is a fun and practical piece of workout gear. It’s easy to use, well built, and the smart tracking adds a little extra motivation. If you’re looking for a simple cardio workout without needing a full gym setup, this rope does the job well.

Nice quality I love the price.I can’t wait to see the results of my weight loss journey with this tool and I love the fact that it does Bluetooth to my other devices so I can keep track of my progress.

This is a pretty cool device and the workout was very tough.

These are great for someone that's not really good at jumping rope. When I am doing my workout I can use the cordless option and get my 20 -30 minutes of cardio and it works great. On other days I can attach the rope and practice jumping rope, for me this was perfect. Hopefully I'll get years of use out of them.

Bought this RENPHO Cordless Jump Rope and RENPHO Scale, and I love the fact that while wearing your smart watch (apple), if you have the app downloaded, it syncs and captures your complete workout, while simultaneously saving the workout data to your phone. Another Great accountability tool!

I love the rope, but wish it was weighted.. feels really light when I use it and its hard to keep a good pace going because of that.
