Good toothpaste with no fluoride
I like the taste and it seems to work just fine. My four year-old granddaughter also loves it. I don’t feel like I need to rinse my mouth immediately after using it. I really like the idea of not having fluoride in my toothpaste.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Effective, Kid Friendly Toothpaste with Thoughtful Ingredients
I have tried several children’s toothpastes over the years, and this one stands out for both its formulation and overall usability. The vanilla cupcake flavor is a great choice because it is appealing without being overly sweet or artificial. It has made a noticeable difference in getting my kids to brush more consistently. One of the biggest advantages is the inclusion of 10 percent hydroxyapatite. This ingredient is known for helping remineralize enamel and support overall tooth health. It is reassuring to use a toothpaste that goes beyond basic cleaning and actively contributes to strengthening teeth. The paste itself is slightly thicker than average. Because of that, it may not last quite as long as some other options, but it also makes it easier for kids to apply and helps reduce mess during brushing. After a few weeks of use, teeth feel clean and smooth, and there has been no gum irritation or sensitivity. That balance of effectiveness and gentleness is exactly what I look for in an everyday toothpaste. Overall, this is a well formulated, kid friendly option that delivers on both taste and performance. I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it to other parents.

Tastes great! No cavities! So much better than Boka!!!
After switching from Boka Kids’ Strawberry Mango, my son & I both now use Happy Tooth (Vanilla Frosting flavor) Toothpaste, and have for just over a year. Our gums are now healthy and neither of us has had a cavity since making the switch to Happy Tooth 😄 Happy Tooth can be used by toddlers, kids, and adults. We used Boka Kids’ twice daily (for 6 months), in addition to flossing nightly, and during that time, a cavity developed, and neither of us had had a cavity in years. A simple search of their reviews shows there are over 300 1 & 2 star reviews, most of which are due to cavities developed (some say 5+ cavities, as well as developed gum sensitivity). We made the switch after learning about the cavity and then we were informed that Boka does not contain much Hydroxyapatite. Boka is not straightforward about their Hydroxyapatite percentage, but multiple resources speculate it to be only about 1% to 2%. Happy Tooth is straightforward, and contains 10% Hydroxyapatite from the earth, unlike Boka’s nano type, which is synthetic and crosses the blood-brain barrier. Happy Tooth is the kind to buy. AND it’s 3.4 ounces, so you can fly with it in your carry-on 😄 This toothpaste tastes great, cleans well, and I highly recommend it!

My Tooths Are Happy 😁
Great toothpaste so far. First time user and I’ve used it about 2 weeks now. I love the vanilla flavor. I love how it really brightens my teeth. I’m not sure what ingredient is doing it but it does whiten my teeth and I love brushing with it. It’s nicely sweet, not overly sweet and true to flavor of a vanilla cupcake! I always liked the mint mouth feeling making my mouth feel fresh, but surprisingly, this vanilla flavor does too. It gets rid of the food taste left behind from my meals and my teeth feel fresh, clean, and sweet. This has also helped with my burning mouth syndrome (BMS) and dry mouth. It keeps it nice and salivated. The other thing I like is that it is non-nano hydroxyapatite. Nano stuff just scares me a bit and I’ll take micro or regular form for now. These are just my thoughts and opinions based on what I know and learned through research. On to some caveats that might be helpful to know: It’s thick. Like, really thick. I have to use a lot of force to get it out of the tube. It does not foam. If you’re used/like having a foamy toothpaste, you are more than likely not going to like this as it doesn’t lather. Rather, it coats the teeth/mouth and loosens up as you brush. You kinda have to give it a “warm up”. *Helpful note: Don’t wet your brush or the toothpaste. It will really dilute it down. Dry brush the toothpaste with your toothbrush. Brush it around all over and then start brushing manually or with the electric. It will help it “melt down” and last longer. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I just ordered another one since I liked it so much, but the seal (yes, they come sealed!) was torn off and the toothpaste was suuuuuuper hard. Remember I said it was already hard to start off with? Yeah, this was waaaaaaay more hard like it got dried out. So, it was defective. Just make sure to check your packaging once it arrives instead of learning about it later when you’re past a return window. I feel bad taking a star away because I like this toothpaste so much, but since I’m a new user, I don’t know how often this happens and if it’s a known defect. For that, I can’t confidently rate it 5 stars for you. Hope this helps!

Good toothpaste
My kids love this toothpaste. We alternate between this and a fluoride paste. It has a pleasant scent and they seem to like the flavor. It does not foam up, but consistency seems good. I was told to use floss after this so it gets the hydroxyapatite between the teeth.

Nasty taste
Purchased this to help with gagging. I was recommended to get a toothpaste that wasn’t mint (which can stimulate gag reflex) and without SLS (a foaming agent). I’ll say that it’s working wonders from that perspective – I don’t gag really at all whereas with a conventional toothpaste eight times out of 10 I can’t finish a full two minutes. However, while the vanilla sating flavor, avoids mint, it also tastes nothing like I would hope it would. And in fact, I almost feels like it’s getting worse each time I use it. Awful flavor but good on all other fronts.

Vanilla Happy Tooth Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste, a Sweet Treat!
I have always had sensitive teeth. But now in old age with thinning enamel, my tooth sensitivity is OFF THE CHARTS, and one ragged tooth has torn the inside of my cheek. The Strong Peppery Mint and SLS that Other companies incorporate into their toothpastes cause terrible Stinging and Burning for me. How much? To the point that when I was alone during 2020, (my SO had to go take care of his mom in another state), I began using this as an excuse to begin to avoid brushing my teeth. Bad idea. Even WORSE, I created a bad habit. It is long past time to correct this bad habit by REBUILDING my once GOOD HABITS. Because I DO love Strong Healthy Teeth AND Fresh Breath ! So now I am squeezing Vanilla Happy Teeth Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste with my other sensitive toothpaste on the toothbrush by about 2/3 & 1/3. Happy Teeth DOES taste like VANILLA FROSTING 😋! It cuts that peppery mint burn out altogether and makes tooth-brushing so much more 😃 fun! My SO likes my Vanilla Happy Tooth Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste, but he would like to know if you would be interested in making a Chocolate flavored one? CHOCOLATE Happy Teeth Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste would be AMAZING, Can you do that?! Nothing is perfect so I do have two complaints, but it's not the toothpaste at all, which is wonderful. FIRSTLY the TUBE, it's FAR TOO STIFF, this makes it difficult to squeeze with my weak old hands, especially when the toothpaste itself is also VERY THICK. I'm not the only person with this problem, according to other Moms, this is also a problem for the hands of small children along with the next problem I present, this becomes an issue for Parents & Children when the children become old enough to tackle this chore on by themselves, but still cannot squeeze their own toothpaste tube. SECONDLY, the hole in the cap is MUCH TOO SMALL for such a thick toothpaste, which makes it incredibly difficult for me to squeeze the toothpaste out of the tube!! I was having to lay the toothpaste on the counter, press the heel of my hand on the tube and lean my weight forward to get any out, yes, I'm tiny little old lady. I even contacted the company to ask if they had considered this problem, and yes, they do know. After a couple weeks of this hassle I realized I had an old toothpaste cap that might fit this tube and MAYBE the hole was larger, (old people save weird things, ROFL). So I dug through my cabinets and drawers and there it was, sure enough the Colg--- toothpaste tube Cap not only fit, the hole WAS LARGER!! Btw, I let the company know that all that was needed was a cap with a larger hole; they were aware and they acknowledged this. PROBLEM SOLVED!!! I just love a story with a Happy Ending, don't you? ;D
