60 x Refill Tablets for Electric Plug Mosquito Repellent Insect killer Bite (and Tiger mosquito) - Suitable for All Types of Plugs

We have used this type of tablet for many years when visiting Greece and have recently purchased a portable, battery powered to supplement our 20+ year old mains plug. A combination of our two devices and these tablets help us to deter biting insects from attacking us when we are sleeping in our room or with our portable device, when eating outside in restaurants. We purchased this item for a trip to Northern Cyprus. For many years I have suffered disproportionately to other people when bitten by insects. Some people hardly notice when they are bitten, but I am one of those individuals who come up with large and itchy bumps which I inadvertently scratch to the point that they can become unsightly. A combination of spray on insect repellent and creams to treat areas where I have been bitten help to prevent and alleviate repelling or treating the bites. These tablets appear to work quite well and certainly reduced the quantity of bites I suffered, preventing me from getting disturbed sleep when being bitten or the after effects of the bites. I usually buy tablets in the places we visit as I sense they will be more effective as they are used in that particular location. As the supplier of this tablet originates in Paphos in Southern Cyprus, I think I made the right choice purchasing them in the UK.

Works as desired, but with a weird smell

These pastilles are easily available in Mediterranean countries where mosquitos are a real nuisance. I found these on sale on Amazon and they are very effective over about 12 hours use. They are used in special plugs that have a heating pad which releases the active ingredient over a period of time. This summer we were pestered with house flies, fruit flies, some wasps but these pastilles did a great job. There is almost no detectable odour but we noticed some wasps came in the door but quickly left again when these pastilles were in use.

These Tabs are great and they work, especially on a hot day with window open in the Kitchen. I also use in the sun room and landing.
