This one is lighter in weight and flexibound in comparison to some of her other journals making it perfect to carry around in your handbag if you'd like. I will be using this journal in conjunction with the Wisdom of Sundays book and CD (to play along while I read the book). Then I will write different wisdom quotes that resonate with me as well as stories and sayings passed down to me from my family. This truly is a treasure to have on a Sunday when your mind is at rest and you are open to receiving the wisdom from all of Oprah's friends and acquaintances from around the globe. Not what I was expecting
I don't know why this is called the Wisdom Journal it's just a book with blank sheets. very disappointed had to return it.

Relaxing and Peaceful
Beautiful journal. I really enjoy all the Oprah journals. This one is lighter in weight and flexibound in comparison to some of her other journals making it perfect to carry around in your handbag if you'd like. I will be using this journal in conjunction with the Wisdom of Sundays book and CD (to play along while I read the book). Great Positivity Journal
This is the companion to the book The Wisdom of Sundays by Oprah Winfrey. Although I have the book, I use it for my own life-learning prospectives. Great for journaling your life lessons- wisdom behind negativity/bumps on the road/ The paper is nice, a little thick stock. However certain types of pens can bleed through, making it hard to read what’s directly behind the page- on the next page. Would not recommend using marker type pens. Randomly throughout the journal it has small quotes from various people -on every other page. The pages are an off-white, beige color

Quality, beauty and inspiration!
I have been journaling for a very long time. I enjoy this journal for several reasons. The paper is thick and very easy to write on. It does not matter the type of pen I use, there has been zero bleeding through from any ink or marker. I enjoy the scattered inspirational quotes through out the book. I say book because the binding is strong! There are lots of pages to write and pour out your heart. I will absolutely purchase again! Thanks O!
