Awesome magnesium supplement! You will read that the taste is awful and while yes, it doesn’t taste the best, it’s not as awful as they say. Plus, I have a hard time taking pills so I’m grateful when there’s a good gummy option. These help me with deeper sleep and my restless leg syndrome. I don’t sleep without taking these anymore!

I bought Force Factor Ultimate Magnesium because my hips and legs were always tight and stiff, especially in the mornings. This stuff works. The combination of glycinate and citrate relaxes my muscles better than anything else I’ve tried, and the soft chews are easy on my stomach. I noticed relief in my hips, legs, and lower back within a couple of days. My Copilot recommended it, and she was right — this is now part of my daily routine.

Good way to get magnesium but the orange ones tasted way better than these. These have weird gritty taste vs the orange ones are smooth and like eating a treat.

These have worked well for me. Half the price of those sold in-store at The Vitamin Shoppe.

Not the usual magnesium supplements I buy. I bought this bc I was offered more for less than my usual purchase, but I honestly don’t think it’s worth the change. First of all, these chews taste horrible. They’re advertised as berry flavored, but taste & feel like chewing on candle wax, or perhaps a melted crayon. Secondly, the texture is tough, and not easy to chew at all. I’ll spend 3 whole minutes just chewing one gummy— and the recommended dose is 2 a day for adults! Thirdly, I’m not even sure these gummies actually work. I’ve been taking them every day for the last month, and I feel like my depression symptoms and whatnot have only gotten less manageable, and I’m somehow MORE stressed than I felt taking my old magnesium chews. I’m not convinced what I was sold is real, let alone even the same thing advertised on the container. The picture on the container shows thick, purple chews, but mine were thin, hard, and dark green. Honestly feel like I just wasted money on a bottle of nasty placebos.

Love this stuff! Some people said they don't like the taste but I don’t think it taste bad at all especially if it helps me go to sleep!

I’ve been buying these in the orange creamsicle flavor and they were amazing. Tasted like Carmel more than orange. Just had my first “mixed berry” and it is an awful flavor. Maybe I’m not a berry person? I like blueberry and strawberry but there is some backend taste that is awful. Update: still the awful taste, but I found these are the ones that help my muscles and tension headaches. So I really can’t switch due to flavor. Bring back the orange creamsicle! Seems like a good amount of people preferred that than the “berry” flavor.
