By far the best chickpeas in a can I've had plus they are organic. If you plan on eating the whole can at one meal and don't want to do the math (3.5 servings) here you go. Total salt per can = 423 mg and protein 21 grams. And every can is dented. Every one. But that is ok as I am not planning on putting them in a bomb shelter for a possible zombie apocalypse.

Really great shelf life for a delicious can of Garbanzo's very happy and I always enjoy this brand.

Wow!
The cans were dented 🤤, the OCD was kicking…but! I didn’t have to use my can opener…another good thing about this product! I cooked one can with a little bit of baking soda, because it was for a hummus. The chickpeas appearance is super nice, they are big and healthy looking, great flavor and they are creamy too. I used apple cider vinegar, because I haven’t got the limes. I felt the flavor, differently. I’m glad that I ordered them! The hummus was great, and I didn’t have to put salt, the salt that I don’t have… after ordering twice. The salt that I received, it was smelling like candy, maybe cotton candy 🤔🦄✨. But the garbanzos, they are great! Same thing with their olive oil, from Goya. I bought it because or the cute glass container, and it is excellent too. Thanks for the great product and competitive price! Better than the supermarket!

Healthy diet you probably didn't realize was so easy
This is an amazing dinner idea. I've been on a Mediterranean diet for years. Some of the dishes are made of tomato soups or broths with chickpeas. Tomatoes provide their nutrients and the chickpeas also pack some protein. Sodium level is low. When I got these I tried to emulate some of my favorite Mediterranean dishes. Take tomato paste, add chickpeas, basil, Italian spices and some black pepper. And that is just a start as you can add shrooms or other things as you like. These chickpeas are the perfect texture. They are cooked just right. Chickpeas can be very hard to cook. I will definitely be ordering more. Yum
