Product is exactly what I expected. Good quality and looks good on my 2006 Yamaha Roadliner. Delivery was quick. The only short coming if you want to call it that is you have to have long legs for your feet to rest on the bars. Will have to buy footpegs for resting my feet. This was not unexpected as I had read previous reviews that had the same problem. I really liked the look of the bars was the reason I bought them. Installation was not difficult and they look outstanding.

Looks great, but NO highway peg
I guess I should have looked closer at the pictures. The reason I chose this product is because it is "the original patented combined engine guard and highway peg". However, on my 06 Roadliner, you would have to be a least another 6 - 8" taller in order to use it as a highway peg and I am 5' 10". It mounts in FRONT of the stock floorboard and in front of the frame downtubes. Installation was super easy. Just remove two bolts for each floorboard mount, mount the bar and spacer for rear floorboard mount, the use thread lock and bolt everything back up. The top mounts to the downtubes using supplied "claws" and bolts. Was done in 20 minutes. Although one of the four bolts gave me trouble (assumed the threadlock that Yamaha uses). Again, great looking product. Hopefully, I'll never find out it they really work as crash bars (the floorboards do that job pretty well and I know this for a reason). I guess I will have to look for a different cruise peg solution.

Great Look
This bar fit my Yamaha Roadliner perfectly and looked awesome. However, I made one mistake a few weeks ago..........I went to the new Indian dealer "JUST TO LOOK".............came home with a new Chief Vintage. Traded in my Roadliner.......but pulled these bars. Anyone looking for a set in perfect condition and cheaper than new........jph4564@yahoo.com
