These were massive for my size three feet. But they cut down well and have a soft comfortable feel underfoot.

Yes, they are insoles - just don't cut them according to size on the sole - cut at least two, if not three sizes bigger. Very comfy and as they are so cheap you don't mind replacing them once they get worn out after a couple of months! (If sizing was right then they would have got 5 stars).

Very pleased with the quality of these except that the sizes printed on them are not accurate. I cut the first one to my size but it was too small for my shoe. Suggest that if you need to cut them, cut them a size bigger to begin with.

easy to fit go careful cutting to size use shoe not sizes printed. A little thin but previous ones had a gel sole. I have put them in my ballet pumps

I haven't used them yet as I found some that I had already purchased and forgotten about but they look fine, although a little thin.

These inner soles are a bargain other makes are more expensive up to £3.50 for one pair so they are a good price TN

Im a size ten shoe i didnt need to cut these down to fit so if your a smaller size shoe i would double check before cutting to size

Pro: Prompt delivery, good price and seem comfortableCons: Sizing is way off. I wear a ladies size 7 but had to cut them to a Men's 9 for them to fit my shoes. Therefore you should be fine as long as you only cut a little bit off at a time until they fit.
