MutecPower SLIM FLAT 2m Cat6 RJ45 Ethernet Network Patch Lan cable - Multi Coloured 5 Pack - 2 meter + 15 Cable ties

I needed to replace my network cables as the ones I have been using are over 20 years old now, I purchased a five pack of five meter cables and a five pack of 1 meter cables. I have two PC’s I needed five meter cables to reach and one as a spare should I wish to connect anything else up at my desk and the other two I have run into the bedrooms, I did this as although the wireless works well I much prefer a hard wire connection. The one meter cables I ran one connecting the router to a network hub and have run the other four cables off that, one connecting to my Xbox One, another to my Android box, one to the TV and the last to my satellite box. The quality of these seems very good with solid connections on the end and the addition of cable ties to tidy them up, I like the different colours making it easy to identify each connection by its colour rather than having to work it out or stick labels on them all. Summary ********** I purchased these as they seemed the best value with the 1 meter being £6.29 for a pack of 5 at the time of ordering and the 5 meter being £12.39 for a pack of 5 at the time of ordering, quality is very good and very easy to manipulate and hide being flat for these reasons I have given them 5 stars. Very pleased with this purchase - it's only when you replace all of your old LAN cables with these new, flat ones that you realise how difficult it is to get the old ones to go round corners! I have just replaced the entire set of leads in my home setup with these - Cable modem to router, router to server, router to PC and router to Powerline adaptor - and I'm very happy with the results. I want to say that everything runs faster but that may be all in the mind! Having said that, it's difficult to track down a LAN cable that is intermittently failing and I was using some fairly old ones so there may be some truth in my initial assumption. The cables arrived in fuss free polythene packaging, absolutely fine as I didn't expect anything pretty for them. Included in the pack is a set of small cable ties in various colours - white, black and yellow. I may use some of these for tidying up when the cables are in the right places but for now I'm just cleaning everything up and putting it back together. One of the main benefits of these flexible, flat cables is that I can now move my router to a better position as these are much easier to put into place than the old ones, particularly if you want them to go round a right angle without sticking up in the process. These cables are much easier to tuck away and tidy up. For that alone I'd say they are excellent value and a worthwhile investment.

An excellent value set of 5 x 1m Cat-6 LAN cables. I bought these to go with some new switches at home - to replace a slow and unreliable PowerLine solution. I use these for 'local' connections to 2 Smart TVs, a NAS, a wireless Access Point and 2 BT YouView boxes. Being flat cables they are easy to use and are much less rigid than the round variety. They also came with 15 handy cable ties which I have used to tidy up some of the other long cables in the house. It was a shame that the package had not been sealed properly and the cables had fallen out. The delivery driver apologised and then returned later when he found them in his van. So, good service but poor packaging. Hence just the 4 stars.

Needed to upgrade all my old CAT5 cables my AV equipment had connected to my router. They were all slow, round and too long. These are flat, much shorter and CAT6 so pass a 1GB signal with ease. I was worried about EM interference, with them being flat and unshielded, but despite being in a jungle of power and signal cables they perform without any issues.

Excellent product

I got fed up of the network cables in my internet router and hubs being too stiff, difficult to tuck away and pushing things about. Bought these and they’re so much easier to install and use. Really really flexible, super thin and performance is just as good as more expensive and thicker cat6 cables.

Wollte das blaue Kabel haben, da es flach ist und super zu meinem Setup passt. :) Erfüllt natürlich absolut seinen Zweck. Noch dazu dann halt noch ein graues, was ich nur als Ersatz benötigen würde und Kabelbinder. Hmm... Kabelbinder... kann man immer gebrauchen! ;) Nur zu empfehlen!

Tjo, was tut man also, wenn man tatsächlich es schaffte, sein Netzwerk Kabel auf dem Wege vom Büro nach Hause zu verlieren? Man schaut nach ein bis zwei Neuen - zumindest tat ich das. Diese beiden Kabel waren noch dazu flache, weiche, flexible Kabel, die Stecker haben einen Schutz über der wiederhaben-ähnlichen Erweiterung (brach ich beim alten Kabel bewusst ab, ging gar nicht so einfach bei diesen...Gute Qualität!), und man kann sie super zusammenrollen und mitnehmen. Ich bezeichne das als Glücksgriff beim Kauf, ich bin zufrieden und kann diese Kabel empfehlen!

Aus fachlicher Sicht verfüge ich über zu wenig Erfahrung, kann aber als Normalverbraucher sagen, dass diese Kabel völlig ausreichend sind. Die meisten werden es kennen. Kurzerhand eine LAN-Verbindung mit dem Kabel aus dem Keller und nichts geht mehr. Da ist man als Laie ziemlich aufgeschmissen. Da muss schnell eine Lösung her. Man hat jedoch in den heutigen Zeiten wenig Möglichkeiten zu überprüfen, ob das stimmt, was auf den Kabeln aufgedruckt ist. Aber in diesem Fall muss ich sagen, ein eindeutiges Ja zu dem Produkt, welches ich mir da ausgesucht habe. Es entspricht 100% der Beschreibung und funktionierte auf Anhieb. Übrigens mit dem Funktionieren, man kann mit einem nicht kategorisiertem Kabel durch die Störwellen ganze W-LAN-Netze ausser Betrieb setzen. Man sollte also dieses Thema ernst nehmen und gleich auf eines dieser Kabel zurückgreifen. Es zahlt sich aus. Für mich eine klare Weiterempfehlung.
