Good quality and fit...

This hakama is perfect. It has the updated plastic tab to make tying in the back easier. The hakama is the correct size and proportion for traditional use in martial arts and for folding to put away. They are sturdy and thick, and very well made. Pictured here, I'm wearing kyohan leg wraps to tie down the pant legs for traveling purposes. The creases are very well pressed and properly folded. If you need a hakama for kendo, iaido, aikido, or even cosplay, then this is it. If you go cheaper on the price, you'll end up with thinner materials that won't hold a crease and would be of terrible quality. It fits true to size, per the guidelines provided. The hakama ties are thick and can hold a katana for light use, without requiring a separate belt underneath to carry the sword.

Great product and love it however the straps are not long enough to properly tie

I got this to help with a somewhat last minute outfit for an anime convention. I was looking for the andon hakama as a female so I could wear them properly, but I couldn’t find any in time for a reasonable price. Instead I got these and just sized them up so I could still wear them properly without having the pants split get in the way. They look amazing and we’re really comfortable to wear once you understand how to tie them up! But for those of you unsure, these hakama have the pants split (umanori) and are not andon. For reference I am 5’8” and 197lbs and when tied up (almost all the way up my chest) they were nearly dragging on the ground and pretty much covered my feet.

I’m 6’1” and 265 lbs. The size is true to chart however if you’re a little on the heavier side like myself I do recommend extending the straps if you intend to wear this in the traditional manner with the proper tying technique however all in all very good.

This I love it's the quality that I was looking for being a master of Martial arts.

Material looks great and is a nice weight. It fits as ordered (I didn't realize that it was supposed to hit the floor so I ordered it to hit his ankles -but as my son's first Hakama I actually think the shorter length was easier to adjust to). It was projected to arrive in a date range at the earliest on the day of my son's first adult Aikido seminar (he's 11). I contacted the seller and explained, asking if there was a way to predict shipping (I believe they probably collect a lot of orders then ship overseas - once overseas it's pretty fast- probably why people have either super fast or super slow shipping depending on where they fall). They responded immediately and shipped right away- it actually arrived early. Great customer service and product!

I bought this for my son. He is super happy with it. The product is well folded. Delivered before the set date. Product is standard fit too. It was a bit long but that's acceptable. I will surely order the match top shirt for it as well.

Llegó antes de lo indicado y debidamente embalada. Se siente de muy buena calidad, hay que esperar que no se decolore con la lavada, pero hasta ahorita, todo bien. Viene con algunas costuras removibles para garantizar que el producto es nuevo, eso me agradó bastante. Lo recomiendo.

Very good quality, highly recommend. I practice kendo so it's very comfortable and suitable, the price is worth it since the fabric is not super cheap, very well made I used it for a while now and it's as good as a first bought it
