Thorne is supposed to make the best vitamins according to some scientists. I suppose I trust them more than most companies. Some of their vitamins are a bit expensive. Hopefully they really are better. The industry is just so poorly regulated you really have to have faith in the manufacturer

This is my first month using Thorne and I am very glad I made the switch. I have no after taste or issue swallowing. The fact that it is 3 smaller pills is very helpful in the first trimester. I don’t get a strong smell from them before or taste them at all while taking them. I trust Thorne for being third party tested and even though these are slightly more expensive than the average prenatal, comparatively they have almost double the vitamins as the one I was taking before! I really appreciate this product and how it develops the baby overall. it has an odd scent but overall isn't too bad to swallow. Larger dosage but is beneficial.

I've been taking this supplement for a year and a half. I love it. There isn't any weird fishy smell or anything with the gel caps and I don't notice any weird burping taste or anything. I take it every night at bedtime and they go down smooth. I haven't noticed anything adverse but I do notice when I stop taking it for a while. I just feel stiff so it's important I stay on it. Once I'm done nursing, I'm going to need to find something equally as good... although I might just continue this anyway!
