The absolute BEST tasting, gluten free pancake mix!

A great brand name and this mix is spot on fantastic! We deviated from the recipe and we used grass fed keefer instead of milk. We shook the keefer up really well and then added a little more to make it a little thinner since keefer is so thick we use grass fed butter as well. We melted it down and added it to the mix…you can also use beef tallow grass fed, of course, or coconut oil from a glass jar. Mmmmmm!!

I use a lot of Bob's products; and have for many years; but this one isn't on my top ten list. It isn't "bad" or subpar but it is actually different quality and texture than the Bob's Gluten Free Bisquit Mix - which I've been making pancakes with for awhile. Since the option to try actual 'pancake mix' was available to me; I thought well why not? There IS a difference; and so; I will go back to using the GF bisquit mix - no problem. ALWAYS willing to try Bob's products - they are typically always a winner in my kitchen. I recommend this with some caution.
