I love the design, but it's definitely a bit blurry. It's not so much that it seems defective, it just seems like an artistic choice (at least on the circus variation of this shirt). The thing I like least is the cut of the shirt. The picture is a bit misleading, and it makes it seem as though the shirt has proper short sleeves. In reality, if you lay the shirt flat, it's a giant rectangle - almost like a pillowcase was modified to be a shirt. It's cut very wide, so it makes the "sleeves" drape over your shoulders to your arm a bit, but it's not a true short sleeve. If you're self-conscious about your arms, that might bother you. The shirt is quite short on me (I'm 5'7"), and very wide. I only wear it as a workout shirt, though, so it's great for my purposes. I wear a cami tucked in underneath to provide coverage since the shirt would otherwise expose quite a lot of skin when I raise up my arms. If your stomach is your "problem area", you may find that you really like this shirt because it's cut wide and it's kind of billowy. I normally wear a large in juniors or a small in women's sizes and this was a decent but kind of wide fit. I usually prefer stuff that's more fitted around the waist, but for working out, I can live with it for the cute design. One final note - the design is only on the front of the shirt. The back is plain white.
