Seems to work!
Just reordered! There is a lovely hue to my skin, and joints seem to be less achy. My eyes are lens replacement anyway but no deterioration noticed. Hence continuing with supplements. No side effects. Still doing weights, boxing and short runs. From 64 year-old female! 👌🏼

I have not noticed any good or bad side effects. I have PPMS, so quite possible nothing helps. It was worth to try.
