Super comfortable, makes me feel like I can live my Victorian dreams while staying cool and comfortable. The fit is a bit big, but it’s no problem because it is a nightgown. It accommodates anything from moving around a lot in sleep to lifting for a mid-night trip to the chamber pot. It is surprisingly thick and stretchy, with no possibility of seeing through the fabric, while still being lightweight and breathable. It’s quite amazing, because anyone and everyone will look their best in this nightgown. I cannot imagine being without this nightgown, and I have been trying to convince everyone I know to get one too! The Victorians were on to something when they designed these, and this one is even better because it has the convenience of modern materials!

Our Granddaughter loved her beautiful gown she got from us for Christmas! It was extremely soft and the fit was perfect strongly recommend these gowns!

Bought this as a replacement to another nightgown that looks the same, but that one was 100%cotton this night gown is not. It certainly has some type of spandex as it is stretchy. However it’s soft and falls just above my ankles. I’m just under 5’4 about 135lb and medium fit well. Because of the stretch it’s so comfy to sleep in.

I returned this gown as I am 5’2” and 140 lbs. this gown was a bit short in length and too short in the sleeves for my taste. It appeared of good quality but can not attest to durability. It was an easy return.

This is made of gorgeous cotton with a slight stretch. It is loose and comfortable, and most important in Alabama, cool.

Pros: the material is soft (albeit, I doubt it’s cotton), construction is ok, especially nice details at the top. Cons: I don’t usually gripe about smells on clothes from Amazon, but this one reaaaallly smells of cigarettes. And on top of that there is a big black fingerprint smudge near the front/top (see photo). Makes me think the factory this came from was super dirty and unhygienic. For fit, I wanted one that was flowy so I ordered and XL, but the fit is the opposite of what you would want in this type of nightie: huge at the top & narrows towards the bottom. Also, the lace detail is the really cheap stretchy forever21 type material that always gets stringy when you wash it (and thus why I’m afraid to wash it to get the cigarette smell off). Luckily I’m only using this for a Halloween costume, so for a costume it’s ok.

SO PRETTY!!! this is great for renfaire or to sleep in but it is the tiniest bit see through. its very soft, stretchy, and great for hot summer nights.

It’s a feminine style and very beautiful nightgown! It is 💯 cotton which I always prefer. But it! - you won’t regret it!

I love this nightgown! It's extremely comfortable and seems to be made very well. The fabric has a bit of stretch and isn't super thin, although you can see through it. It hangs nicely and the neckline is flattering with a very stretchy elastic that pulls down easily and very far which would be perfect for nursing. I will be getting more of these I love the way they look and feel. 10/10 Sizing seems very forgiving. I am 5'5" 160 pounds and I got a large (based on other reviews) which fits with lots of room. I could probably do with a medium but I personally like the way this one falls over my frame.
