I like how this product is basically a stripped-down, more raw version of other companies’ overpriced stuff. I’ve even seen MLMs out there use this exact white label product, slap their logo/name on it and then sell it for $75 or what have you... Results of taking it are typically better sleep, more relaxed muscles- fewer cramps/spasms; a generally better overall feeling of being in one’s body.. Also this is unflavored, so quite frankly I can affirm that it tastes like nothing; however, it has a texture. I’d recommend either putting it in 4oz of water (if you can tolerate it), or mix with something you already like to taste... also, make sure to read about how magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D all work together and one must take them together etc... hope this helps!

This product works better than many other magnesium supplements I’ve tried before, got my blood work back into range. I’ve found this tastes great in lemonade also

The taste is almost absent. The last one I bought had an unpleasant fake fruity taste

bought because I thought it was clean and the reviews said there was no taste , maybe something changed but the taste was absolutely horrible, and the container came half full..
