Well made!
Perfect for repairing coax or making new cables. When installed correctly these exhibit very low loss and fit well. No issues with installation either. Pretty good for the money!

Good connector, hard to fit pin to RG316 core (but it can be done)
These are good connectors, but the hole in the back of the center pin for soldering to the coax core is just a little too small for the Eightwood RG316 coax. It's a tight fit and you can get it to work, but it is nowhere near as smooth assembly as the Eightwood SMA Female connectors.

Good value for the money
Easy to use, just go slowly in assembly. Decent product.

Not for the feint of heart
RG-174 cable has a stranded center core conductor. You must solder a tip to the wire and then insert it into the main chassis of the connector. If there is ANY solder (even after wicking off) on the side of the tip, OR you melt the insulation between the center conductor and the braid, YOU CAN NOT INSERT THE TIP INTO THE MAIN CHASSIS OF THE CONNECTOR. It was so frustrating that I clipped off the tip and repurposed the cable. I bought a couple of male to male SMA jumpers and saved myself the frustration. NOT FOR THE FEINT OF HEART!!!!
