how many calories in 1 whole sheet? :)

20 calories per serving, four servings per pack so 80 calories in one pack. These are great - vegan and not packed with sweeteners - highly recommend!

Hi Barbara, I have checked each of the ingredients (on the raspberry flavour- delicious) and they all show as halal apart from the carrageenan, which may or may not be halal. Some manufacturers use either ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol to crystallise it. Others use potassium chloride or nothing at all, both of which would be halal. Therefore I suggest you try and contact Wibble Foods about it. In my opinion it’s worth the effort as the jelly is lush. Sorry I couldn’t be more definitive.
