As someone that is a Christian and loves crosses I think this necklace is very pretty. It's not big and flashy but very dainty. It does look like it could break easy so with that being said I would try to be very cautious with it. I do have a couple pieces from this company and they have not tarnished and have held up well with good care of course. IMO this is a very good purchase and I would recommend it.
