I see people writing on here that it’s bad and it rolls up when u sweat lol well yeah duhh it’s like a plastic wrap of course it’s going to roll up when u move and or sweat. 🙄 Common sense people lmao 😂 I where it with my waist trainer and it’s perfect 👌🏽 the amount of sweat I get compared to when I don’t wear it is insane.

I like that it durable and you will sweat I use it with a tight garment to have something to absorb the sweat.I don't like that it will roll in the back and side and it slide in the front after you sweat but it can be repositioned. I used it to help lose my belly and side fat. I can clean it and use it one more time.I sometimes use a hot cream with it and a waist trainer.
