Would these be suitable for a man .?

YES, If you like wearing stockings, your going to love these things. Myself having legs to die for, these stockings accent my legs perfectly as they fit so nicely. Also get many complaments on how pretty my legs look. You will love these things. As with any stockings, beware of sharp objects.

Is this a sheer toe or reinforced toe?

Sheer toe ! If you look carefully there is a slight bit of reinforcement but not at all noticeable. I literally noticed last week even though I’ve been wearing them (same pair) for several months now.

What is the difference between the black and the new black colors?

We could not see any difference. The first time she tried them on they shredded. Very poor quality.

Are these thigh high nylons glossy ?

Yes, not overly glossy but not matte.
