These hair ties are comfortable, stylish, and sleek, with a secure hold that lasts throughout the day, typically only needing to be retied once or twice at most. So far these “guy” hairbands are legit. They stretch really well, retain their shape a little better than the black bands and they’re not super expensive. They are hand stitched it looks like without bartack stitching so I don’t expect these to truly hold up for years. Thankfully I know how to sew, 🧵 🪡 so I can easily repair the busted stitches before the entire band comes apart, so I’d recommend picking up a simple $5 sewing kit so you can easily repair these for years to come. As long as the elastic holds up somewhat these COULD last for a very very long time. I will say, I do think instead of flat bands they should switch to rolled bands and I’d like to see double sided logo plates, because the current stitched logo plate after a week of hard use has a few busted seams because I keep trying to true the little logo plate right side up. So having the design on both sides and switching from flat to round bands I think would take these from 5stars to 6!

As a dude with long hair, these are some of the coolest hair ties on the market. I've got long, thicc, curly hair and I absolutely love the way these things look in a relaxed pony tail or in a bun. They hold relatively well, though I don't think they are the best workout hair tie of run with. My biggest issue is the expense for my inability to keep track of hair ties. These things aren't cheap, nor do I necessarily think they should be, but when you lose a hair tie you're losing THREE DOLLARS. I like them. I like the way they look. They're not for those who are concerned with their money or have a cat who really likes hair ties.

These hair ties are fun, but they aren't great for super thick hair. I have a very difficult time getting this to double around a bun or pony tail. The colors are vibrant and fun, however. They haven't frayed or overstretched which is nice. Edit: A little over a year later and I'm still using these, however I don't recommend them to most folks with thick hair. The designs are only fun for a few days, and then they stretch out and they never look good again. I can go about 3-5 weeks with one elastic and then have to replace it. A friend bought me one of every pack a while back, so I'm slowing working through them. Once they get stretched out, they often fray on the edges. The silky/sleek material definitely help when trying to get it out of my hair, though. Overall, if you don't have super thick hair-these should work great for you! Good luck in your hair endeavors.

I was a little suspect of these hair ties. Why should I spend like 3 bucks per tie when I can get a pack of like 25 basic black scuncis for 3 bucks? Obviously, you're getting a little more with the designs they have. But they are better. Gotten a really good hold out of them. Pretty much have had my hair up all day, even took a nap, and it's still firmly in place. Haven't had to retie it once. But even better, has maintained it's hold without any tension headache that I could get with the basic black ones. And I can carry these around on my wrist instead of keeping the smaller black scunci on my finger. And looks pretty awesome as a bracelet. And fit my wrist pretty nicely. Only the slightest tension, could easily wear it all day as a bracelet. So The Longhairs have won me over and I will be buying more from them in the future.

Idea is there but execution is not. Couple problems and why I won’t be buying any more. Too expensive for an item you lose half the time you use it. Too tight. Needscto be a little more expandable to not crush the hair on second loop. Too difficult or should I say time consuming to get them to lay flat after putting them on.

I love these things. Best hair ties I've ever used. They come in a variety of patterns all of which are great. Try 'em!!!

Im 1 year in to tying my locs back regularly. I've tried a couple other hair bands but I really like these. They will get worn but ... of course. I get about 3 months use out of a batch of 16 (using 2 a day) and I love the look, the strength, and the price. I teach at an elementary school and periodically have students come to me looking for ...support... so I've grown to just keeping 2 extras on my wrist that I can give away. Now I just wear them because they look good.
