Affordable, effective, and no bad taste! I bought these to take while postpartum. I exclusively pump and was struggling getting enough nutrients in to keep up with my supply. I was feeling sick, drained, losing a lot of hair, and had serious brain fog/mental fatigue. My body felt weak and depleted. Looked into several postnatal vitamins, and ended up choosing this one because it was very affordable. I love them! I take them daily, and appreciate that the serving size is just one capsule. It’s a big pill, but not crazy big like some vitamins are. They don’t have a gross smell or taste, in my opinion they taste like nothing at all! I’ve taken on an empty stomach too, and they didn’t give me a stomachache. I feel so much better when taking these too. Less brain fog, more energy, and not so sick all the time! My body feels stronger and I find myself feeling much less drained at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend for nursing/pumping mothers.

You can never know if these are working or not, but I can say I’ve been taking these for 6 months and have not experienced extreme hair loss or severe low energy (other than the sleepless nights haha!). At 6 months post partum, I’m even noticing new hair growth. I’ve been able to breastfeed for 6 months while taking these, and baby is healthy and growing. Big pills, but coated and easy to swallow. Not a strong smell or taste whatsoever! I paired with vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium to get everything I need - but this is the MOST complete vitamin I’ve found. I’d check with your doctor before combining additional supplements to this one, since it is so complete already!

Top rated for a reason! There's no nasty smell or taste, I have no issues. Value for the money is awesome, good ingredients. I don't have an issue with digestibility and I'm already noticing a difference in my hair growth.

I’ve bought this product about three times already and it really has boosted. My energy doesn’t have any smells and it’s a easy pill to swallow.

Took forever to be delivered! When I finally got them I opened the bottle and air released when I broke the safety seal. Looks as if one of the pills got punctured because there is a oily substance all over every pill and smells like fish really bad. I’m kind of scared to take them. I was so excited to finally get these and very disappointed:( Update** I ended up taking them and got passed the fishy smell. I like this particular brand because they are easy on my stomach...I get nauseated off vitamins almost always! I also like that I don’t have to take these with food. So for that reason I’ll stick with them. I’ll move my 1 star to a 4:)

After having our first daughter 16m postpartum, I started to have major health issues. Such as extreme fatigue, food aversions,exhaustion, brain fog, and by 6pm I was already worn out and I felt like my body was missing something so I ordered these. Two days in and I can definitely feel the difference! I feel like I have more energy and I feel my body replenishing itself. I will keep taking these for now. I haven't had any side affects so far. I still have my milk supply. No stomach issues either, the pills are pretty big but easy to swallow.

I’m 42 and breastfeeding for 9 months now. Last week I got off my walking pad and felt hungover. A really bad hangover and for a few days I felt like that and it was giving perimenopause.
